Random Acts of Recognition
Congratulations to Random Acts of Recognition recipients:
Elena Donskikh for her good spirited dedication to sorting out complicated research and other finance questions on Workday for many projects, staff and faculty!
Joana Pico, a staff member from Dr. Castellarin’s lab, who has been doing an extraordinary job! She has been helping people from other labs on running GC-MS and other experiments, despite being super busy already. She addresses everyone’s questions with patience.
Kaiwen Mu, a Ph.D. student with Dr. Kitts. Although busy with her own research, she is always willing to help others with their laboratory work and project outlines.
To nominate a faculty member, staff or graduate student that’s been doing an outstanding job or has gone above and beyond in some way, send an email to lfs.recognition@ubc.ca and tell us why this person should be recognized. We’ll send them a $6 Starbucks gift card and acknowledge their good work in LFS Today.
