The Request Process
Please refer to Policy #LFS201 Space Principles & Policies.
After submitting your request, it will be reviewed and prioritized by the FNH Space Committee.
Depending on availability, you may be assigned a space. For graduate students, this assignment expires at the end of the academic term. If you continue to require the use of this space, it will be up you to re-submit another request one month prior to the beginning of the term.
The deadlines for submission are:
- Winter Term: July 31
- Spring Term: November 30
- Summer Term: March 31
