The work environment – the people and the relevant research and teaching that happens in LFS.
What challenge have you dealt with that you are most proud of?
My role has a lot of diversity and it has evolved over time. I’ve been in my current role since 2008 so I feel there’s a lot to be proud but if I had to pick one, it would be when we hire really good people that just fit in and really contribute to the Faculty.
Let’s get personal…

Going for walks, meeting up with friends, and having a good laugh
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Ability to fly as it would be cost-effective and I can avoid the hassles of going through security at airports…..though that would mean, I would miss out on inflight movies and free pretzels so I may have to rethink this….
What was a favourite vacation or trip you’ve taken?
Not counting family vacations, probably going to Coachella in Indio, CA or Osheaga in Montreal, QC.

Back in the day, I played violin in a youth orchestra and we toured Europe.
