Instructors Needing Recording and Livestreaming Spaces
Select classrooms (10 rooms across campus, with the ability to scale up based on demand) will be available for instructor recording or livestream bookings. Instructors may request a time to record or livestream course content in a classroom by completing the Scheduling Services room booking request form. A link to the form and additional information can be found here.

Booking requests can be submitted now and recording/streaming sessions will be available starting Monday, July 13. Access into buildings will be with UBCcards (programmed by the Learning Spaces team once appointments have been confirmed) as the majority of buildings remain closed to the public. An AV Technician will be available on-site to assist with recordings.

Information about the recording spaces is also available on the Learning Spaces website.

If migrant labour is essential, why not migrant lives? Join Fuerza MigranteMin Sook Lee, and Dr. Anelyse Weiler on an exploration of the barriers facing migrant workers, and the protections that are required to ensure their health, safety and dignity.
