Random Acts of Recognition

Congratulations to Random Acts of Recognition recipients:

Christine Klaray and Cassandra Torres for going above and beyond while dealing with student course section requests and course conflicts for LFS 250. They dealt with over 45 unique student requests quickly and efficiently during a very busy week. We are so appreciative of the support that Christine, Cassandra, and the whole LFS Student Services Team provides.

Sahil Sahibole for the tremendous job he’s done leading the effort to prep instructors for the fall term. He has met with most of the people teaching this term, answering their AV questions, and developing their plans for streaming or recording lectures. Bravo!

To nominate a faculty member, staff or graduate student that’s been doing an outstanding job or has gone above and beyond in some way, send an email to lfs.recognition@ubc.ca and tell us why this person should be recognized. We’ll send them a $6 Starbucks gift card and acknowledge their good work in LFS Today.
